Domaine Saint Vincent has 4 olive groves representing more than 1300 trees, including a remarkable one behind the Domaine cultivated on terraces, offering a panoramic view of the farm, facing Mont Ventoux. The Nyons PDO olive, a true black pearl of the Baronnies Provençale, has been cultivated there since 1957.

The olives are of the « tanche » variety, harvested black and slightly wrinkled by the first frosts in December. We have developed a range of tasty and quality products including olive oil, tapenade and table olives.
