Description
Our green olives are of the « Tanche » variety only and come from our orchard in Vinsobres. In order to obtain the green tapenade, the olives are placed in brine (water and salt) and kept for a minimum of 12 months in order to remove the bitterness. The green olives will then become candied and will reveal fruity aromas and dried fruits (hazelnuts) offering freshness and delicacy to the mouth.
