The olive confit from Domaine Saint Vincent is made from black olive pulp from Nyons PDO, cane sugar, lemon juice and ginger. It is an original product with a jam texture that fits perfectly into sweet and savory recipes.
“Tanche” is the emblematic variety of the Pays de Nyons and the Baronnies Provençales. It is the only variety that has been able to acclimatize so well in Drôme Provençale.
Confit with Nyons PDO olives is a sweet product with the good taste from Nyons black olives, subtly enhanced by notes of ginger.
Harvested from December to January, the black olive is finely wrinkled by the first frosts. This late harvest gives it its sweetness.
